Properties "Woodside Properties Chooses Glendale Office Property for Investment"

Woodside, a Texas-based investment firm, recently acquired the Talavi Corporate Center in Glendale for $9.3 million in an all-cash transaction. The three-story office and medical property was sold by Regent Properties and was represented by Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon, and CJ Osbrink of Newmark.

At the time of purchase, the building had a 74% occupancy rate with five tenants utilizing it for corporate offices, back-office operations, and medical services. Woodside plans to renovate several units and improve other areas to attract new tenants and increase overall stability.

Built in 2002 within Phoenix’s Arrowhead District Core area in northwest Metropolitan Phoenix,Talavi Corporate Center is well-positioned for success under Woodside’s ownership.
