Pronto Fulfillment, a global food distributor, has recently relocated its East Coast headquarters to Manassas, VA. The company acquired a 31,847 square-foot facility on 4.5 acres for $5.9 million in order to expand their operations and create job opportunities in the local area.
According to CEO Swaroop Kolli, investing in the local region has always been a top priority for Pronto Fulfillment as long-time residents of Virginia. They are excited about bringing new job opportunities and making substantial investments into this community.
Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger expressed her enthusiasm for welcoming Pronto Fulfillment to Manassas and highlighted the city’s efforts in attracting private sector investment and creating jobs.
The deal was brokered by Thomas Veltsistas of Boosalis Properties LLC.
This recent relocation marks an important milestone for Pronto Fulfillment as they continue their growth trajectory with plans to recruit locally and make significant investments into their newly acquired space without mentioning “Connect” or “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas”.
