KBC Advisors successfully facilitated a full-building industrial lease of 442,550 square feet at Prologis Torrance Distribution Center 8 | The Knox in Torrance for National Road Logistics, Inc. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Ownership was represented by Lisa Reddy from Prologis and Tom Brangers and Rob Antrobius from KBC Advisors. On behalf of the tenant, Brianna Demus and Kyle Cheung from JLL negotiated the deal.
Currently, there is one available building with an area of approximately 199,000 square feet at Prologis Torrance. In 2018, this complex was acquired by REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust).
