Prologis Promotes Sean Colletta to SVP, Market Officer for Seattle Market
Prologis has announced the promotion of Sean Colletta to Senior Vice President and Market Officer for the Seattle, Washington, region. Colletta succeeds Richard Kolpa, who will retire at the end of March after more than 30 years with the company.
In his new position, Colletta will oversee Prologis’ 24.9 million-square-foot operating portfolio in the Seattle area. This includes 163 industrial facilities across key submarkets such as Everett, Kent Valley, Tacoma, and Renton. He will be responsible for overall market strategy, talent development, and customer engagement.
Colletta brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the role, including the past nine years as Market Officer for Prologis’ Portland, Oregon, market. His leadership experience also includes serving as interim Market Officer for the company’s Denver, Colorado, and Reno, Nevada, markets.
Before joining Prologis in 2016, Colletta spent 12 years at a Portland-based commercial real estate development and investment firm, where he worked across marketing, leasing, new development, acquisitions, and property management.
