Roxanne “Roxy” Klein, Vice President of Retail Leasing and Sales at Rancho Cucamonga-based Progressive Real Estate Partners, has been appointed as the 2024 president of ACRE (Association of Commercial Real Estate) SoCal. In this leadership role, Klein will guide the ACRE board in elevating the association’s brand through a variety of events such as retail tenant gatherings and panel discussions on relevant industry topics.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate and business management, Klein specializes in leasing and selling commercial properties within Southern California’s Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley regions. She has successfully worked with numerous national and regional retailers while demonstrating expertise in areas such as leasing negotiations, client relations, contract management,and marketing.
In addition to her role as ACRE SoCal President for 2024,Klein also servesas Co-Chair forthe Retail Brokers Network (RBN) Landlord’s Rep Council.RBN is a professional network consistingof more than60 independent retail brokerage offices across40 major markets throughoutthe United Statesand Canada.
