OG Enterprises has announced its plans for the next stages of a multi-use development located at 8801 Astronaut Boulevard/A1A in Cape Canaveral. The entire project is expected to cost $50 million and will be completed in four phases.
The second phase, currently in the process of design and obtaining permits, will add an additional 18,000 square feet of commercial space. This includes 8,000 square feet dedicated to their branded Destination Downtown Food Hall featuring independent vendors.
The final two phases of the Wave District project will include a pool and a total of 104 housing units that can be used as vacation rentals or for long-term residents.
OG Enterprises’ first food hall is set to open this summer at its location on 2 N. Atlantic Ave. in Cocoa Beach. Additionally, they have plans to develop another mixed-use property at 1399 N. Atlantic Ave., also located in Cocoa Beach.This development will feature commercial space along with apartments and townhouses.
