Construction has officially begun on The Mix, a 112-acre mixed-use community in Frisco, Texas with an estimated value of $3 billion. Located at the intersection of Dallas Parkway and Lebanon Road in the North Platinum Corridor, the first phase will cover 28 acres along Lebanon Road.

The development plans for The Mix include over 2 million square feet of office space, 375,000 square feet of retail (including a grocery store), two hotels with a combined total of approximately 600 rooms (400-450 keys for one business hotel and another boutique hotel with around 200 keys), and over three million square feet dedicated to residential units.
