Tinc Productions, a leading technical production firm specializing in live events, has recently secured a 7-year lease for 2,964 square feet at the prime location of 1560 Broadway in Times Square. The deal was facilitated by Alan Steinberg of GFP Real Estate representing the landlord and Chris Plummer of Rice & Associates representing Tinc Productions. This historic building, originally built in 1925 and renovated extensively in 2014, is situated at the heart of Times Square. The move to this new space is expected to take place this spring.
According to Steinberg, who represented landlord company LLC -1560 Broadway Company- “As a major player within the theatrical production industry,Tinc sought out closer proximity to its clients and partners located around New York’s Theater District.”
