Procopio Companies, a real estate development and construction management firm, has recently made changes to its team. Shad Brook has been promoted to the role of COO, while Michael Modoono is now the senior development manager for Design Lead. Matthew Thomas has also been promoted to senior project accountant and David Roache is now serving as vice president of development.
In addition to these promotions, Procopio Companies has welcomed several new team members with extensive industry experience: Will Nuccio as project manager, Cassandra Dos-Santos as assistant project manager, Graham Hines as estimator John Cirame as controller Bettina Rubendall in an executive assistant role Adam Pardee for field supervision and Andy Cogliano who will serve as general superintendent.
