**Procopio Companies Opens Mixed-Use Development at 203 Lowell Street in Wilmington, MA**

The Procopio Companies marked the official grand opening of their latest development at 203 Lowell Street in Wilmington, Massachusetts. The project consists of a three-building, 10,400-square-foot mixed-use campus designed to serve both residential and commercial needs.

The development features a commercial office building now occupied by Beth Israel Lahey Health, a standalone Starbucks location, and The Alice — a high-end, for-sale residential condominium community. The Alice has already achieved significant sales success with 50% of its 50 units sold.

Strategically located near Wilmington’s MBTA Commuter Rail station and offering direct access to I-93, the campus enhances connectivity and convenience for residents and visitors alike.

Mike Modoono, senior development manager and design lead at Procopio, expressed excitement about the project’s completion. “We’re excited to see the momentum around 203 Lowell Street and very proud of the completed project,” he said. “This development’s new for-sale housing units and world-class commercial tenants will immediately have a positive impact on the local community. It’s about creating a vibrant neighborhood where people truly feel at home.”

The ribbon-cutting signals a major milestone in Procopio’s continued investment in transit-oriented, community-focused developments across the region.
