Principle Construction Finishes Industrial Expansion for Manufacturing Company

Principle Construction Corp. has completed construction of a 21,427-square-foot office and manufacturing space for international retro-reflective sheeting manufacturer Avery Dennison at 902 Feehanville Drive in Mount Prospect, Illinois. The expansion includes 11,576 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space as well as 9,851 square feet of two-story office space on a two acre site.

Recently Principle Construction hosted a ribbon cutting event to celebrate the grand opening of the new facility with Jim Greco serving as project manager; Mark Frane acting superintendent; and James Brucato taking on principal duties. Vivek Singla from CBRE represented Avery Dennison during the project while Cornerstone Architects provided architectural services throughout its duration.

“Avery Dennison now have all they need after more than 40 years in Mount Prospect,” says Principle Construction President James A Brucato.”The brand new expansion provides employees with amenities while staying close to their valuable workforce.”
