Primark, an international clothing retailer, is set to open its second store in Illinois at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg this October. The 37,000-square-foot retail space will be located less than an hour away from the city.
Kevin Tulip, President of US for Primark commented: “The success of our North State Street store in Chicago has demonstrated a huge demand from Chicagoland shoppers and we are thrilled to provide them with even more access to Primark’s high quality products at prices anyone can get behind. We anticipate making quite the splash when we open our doors at Woodfield Mall and look forward to surprising and delighting shoppers during opening weekend as well as throughout the holiday season!”
This expansion is part of Primark’s plan to reach 60 stores across America by 2026; bringing their total number of U.S stores up 22 out 434 globally.
