Preston Center Redevelopment Project Approved

Ramrock Real Estate has announced plans to develop a new office high-rise and multifamily tower with ground-floor retail in the bustling Preston Center area. The project, located near the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and W. Northwest Hwy, will consist of 265,000 square feet of office space in one tower and 180 multifamily units with 40,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.

The development is set to begin construction in 2026 and is expected to be completed by 2027. HKS Inc., a renowned design firm, has been chosen as the architect for this project.

In line with recommendations from city staff, Ramrock Real Estate plans to include more affordable housing options within the development. Fifteen percent of the units will be reserved for households whose incomes fall below AMI.

This exciting redevelopment project at Preston Center has received approval and is poised to bring new life into this thriving area without disrupting existing businesses such as Target Corp., CVS Pharmacy,and Office Depot which are all tenants at nearby Preston Center Pavilion.
