On June 29th, the Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission will vote on a 223-unit, 23.5 acre project located in the 1,800-acre Deep Well Ranch Master Plan area at the NWC of Highway 89 and the 89A Interchange. According to AZBEX reports, this community would consist of 60 single-story buildings with duplexes, triplexes four-plexes and six plexes in various styles. Great Street Co., developer for this project is proposing 61 one bedroom units ranging from 707 square feet to 1 344 square feet; 103 two bedrooms units; 59 three bedrooms unit sizes as well as amenities such as a clubhouse/leasing center pool great lawn community garden recreation village/retention area all centrally located within neighborhood for visibility convenience and encourage walking biking or other modes of transportation from all homes.
