PREMIER Design + Build Group is teaming up with Cullinan Properties to bring to life The View at Rock Run Collection, a significant multifamily residential project located within a sprawling 310-acre mixed-use development in Joliet, Illinois.
The View is set to become the largest multifamily development in the Chicagoland area, encompassing 573 residential units distributed across 14 garden-style, three-story apartment buildings situated on 30 acres. The development is centered around high-end, community-focused amenities, including an outdoor pool, entertainment area, volleyball court, yoga platform, bocce ball court, cabana building, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Phase I of The View will consist of three residential buildings offering a total of 264 units, as well as a stand-alone clubhouse, three parking garages, retention ponds, and supporting infrastructure enhancements.
“The View is the culmination of our efforts to grow PREMIER’s residential portfolio and meet the rising demand for high-quality, amenity-rich living spaces,” said Ryan Keefe, Executive Vice President at PREMIER. The company is working in collaboration with Humphreys & Partners Architects, LP as the architectural partner on the project.
