Sterling Bay, in collaboration with Ascentris, has announced that its new residential project at 160 N. Morgan will be called The Dylan and pre-leasing is set to begin this summer. This 282-unit development topped out construction in March and marks Sterling Bay’s first residential venture into the Fulton Market District.
Andy Gloor, CEO of Sterling Bay commented on the demand for high-end rental options across cities nationwide: “Chicago is no exception to this trend; The Dylan is our first hospitality inspired building that we are delivering to meet these needs in Fulton Market – with more projects like it coming soon both here and other markets around the country.” Sterling Bay Property Management will oversee management of The Dylan while Luxury Living has been brought on board as a partner for leasing services. Move ins are expected by fall 2021.
