CRG, a leading national real estate development and investment firm, has joined forces with project partner Kenter Capital to launch pre-leasing for Chapter at Eugene. This 12-story student housing development is strategically located near the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon.
Situated at 754 E. 13th Avenue and set to open for the upcoming academic year (2024-25), this community boasts a total of 119 units featuring studio apartments as well as two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom layouts. The design by Seattle-based Jackson Main Architecture marks CRG’s twelfth collaboration with Kenter Capital while John Hyland Construction Inc. serves as general contractor.
