### Tishman Speyer Begins Pre-Leasing for Residences at Mazza in Friendship Heights

Tishman Speyer has officially started pre-leasing for Residences at Mazza, marking the first new residential community to open in Friendship Heights since 2009.

Located at 5300 Wisconsin Ave NW, the luxury rental apartment complex is situated on the same block as the Friendship Heights Metro station on the Red Line. The building will also feature a 70,000-square-foot retail concourse. The first move-ins are set for late May, and retailers TJ Maxx and Total Wine & More are expected to open on the ground floor later this summer.

Designed by Danish architecture firm 3XN, the seven-story, 321-unit building showcases a distinctive façade with architectural ribboning. The residences include a range of floor plans, from studios to three-bedroom homes, along with 12 duplex townhouses and 29 penthouses. The collection of best-in-class amenities was designed by Michaelis Boyd.

Residences at Mazza offers direct access to the Friendship Heights Metro station and major commuting routes for residents traveling between Maryland and Washington, D.C. The development is also within walking distance of Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Rodman’s, Starbucks, Bloomingdale’s, Sephora, and a variety of restaurants and retail options.
