PPR Capital Management (PPR), a private equity real estate investment firm, has recently acquired Madison Overland Park, a 200-unit multifamily townhome community in Kansas. The property was purchased from Equus Capital Partners, Ltd with the assistance of Jeff Stingley from CBRE.
According to PPR CEO Steve Meyer, this acquisition showcases the company’s ability to take advantage of opportunities in growing markets. As part of their value-add strategy, PPR plans to renovate the remaining unoccupied units at Madison Overland Park during their three-year hold period.
