David Liebman, SIOR, JD recently launched PowerPlay Real Estate Partners – a new company in the commercial real estate market based in Northbrook, Illinois. The company serves industrial and commercial markets across the tri-state area as well as national and international markets through his connections with SIOR.
Liebman is an experienced deal maker and negotiator for property buyers, tenants, investors occupiers and owners. “We named our new commercial real estate firm PowerPlay because that’s what we provide – an advantage to our clients by offering choices which encourages landlords or owners to compete for their business,” explains Liebman.
