Cypress Development Partners has announced plans for a mixed-use campus in north Phoenix, known as The Interchange. This project will span 23 acres and feature a combination of medical offices, flexible workspaces, and retail spaces.
The development will be completed in two phases. The first phase is expected to include two medical offices totaling 40,000 square feet and 6,000 square feet respectively. It will also feature a retail space with drive-thru services spanning over 4,800 square feet and an additional retail building covering approximately 11,200 square feet.
In the second phase of development at The Interchange campus there are plans for a larger medical office building measuring at around 45
