Cypress Development Partners has announced plans for a mixed-use campus in the northern area of Phoenix. The project, known as The Interchange, will span 23 acres and feature a combination of medical offices, flexible workspaces, and retail spaces.
The development will be completed in two phases. Phase one is expected to include two medical offices totaling 40,000 square feet and 6,000 square feet respectively. It will also feature a drive-thru retail space spanning 4,800 square feet and an additional retail building covering 11
