The JW Marriott Dallas Arts District has generated significant attention throughout its planning and development stages, and continues to attract praise since its opening. Recent reports suggest that the owner of this 267-room luxury hotel is considering a sale, with an asking price of approximately $190 million. While no potential buyers have been named at this time, it is clear that the property’s impressive features are sure to entice interested parties.

Among these features are multiple dining options, a stylish cocktail lounge, extensive meeting spaces for conferences or events, a grand ballroom and state-of-the-art fitness center. Additionally, guests can enjoy an elevated pool experience with stunning views from the mid-air pool deck complete with terrace bar and cabanas – perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Plano-based Sam Moon Group serves as both owner and developer of this prestigious hotel project. In order to facilitate the potential sale process effectively , they have enlisted investment bank Eastdil Secured as advisors.
