Portman has unveiled the Junction Krog District, a top-notch office building with street-level retail along the Atlanta BeltLine. Adding to its diverse dining options, Yuji by Kinjo Enterprise, LLC will be joining Yeppa & Co as new restaurant concepts set to open in summer 2024.
This development boasts 135,000 square feet of premier office space complete with private terraces and a public porch spanning over 7,000 square feet that is now accessible. In the upcoming weeks, Portman intends to activate this outdoor space by featuring live music and hosting pop-up bars.
In addition to Junction Krog District’s success thus far in Atlanta’s bustling scene is Portman’s recent acquisition of an adjacent 1.3 acres where they plan on expanding their project even further for phase two. This only solidifies their commitment towards enhancing one of Atlanta’s most beloved pedestrian trails through quality projects driven by community involvement.
Meanwhile in another part of town lies Spring Quarter – a three-building complex developed by Portman centered around HM Patterson Home and Gardens’ historic site which will offer upscale residential units alongside prime commercial spaces for lease or sale.
