Developer Portman has announced Pepper Boxing as the first retail tenant for Spring Quarter, a mixed-use development located in Midtown Atlanta. The fitness concept will occupy ground-floor space of Sora, the 30-story residential tower boasting 370 luxury units. Preleasing for Sora is underway with management company Bozzuto.
Pepper Boxing features a unique circular heavy bag layout that allows participants to remain close to their instructor during 50-minute classes – making it the only one of its kind in the world!
