**Portman Delivers Phase I of I-76 Trade Center in Philadelphia Suburbs**
National developer Portman has completed Phase I of the I-76 Trade Center—a 636,120-square-foot logistics facility in Exton, Pennsylvania. This marks the first major milestone for the expansive 1.9 million-square-foot industrial campus located in the western suburbs of Philadelphia.
In conjunction with the facility’s delivery, Portman is also unveiling Happy Days Park, a 36-acre public greenspace created to enhance the surrounding community. The I-76 Trade Center spans 169 acres and offers strategic access to major logistics corridors, including the Philadelphia International Airport, the Port of Philadelphia, and three intermodal rail centers.
When fully developed, the three-building campus will offer a total of 1.9 million square feet of industrial space. Construction on Phase II is scheduled to begin in July and will include a 1.1 million-square-foot facility and a separate 154,440-square-foot building.
“I-76 Trade Center is the continuation of our commitment to deliver high-quality industrial space in one of the most connected, high-growth regions in the country,” said Ken Skinner, Senior Vice President of Industrial Construction at Portman.
