### Portman Announces Leadership Promotions

Atlanta-based Portman has promoted **Travis Garland** to the newly created role of Chief Development Officer. In this position, Garland will oversee daily operations across all property types. Previously serving as Managing Director of Office for Portman, he has led transactions valued at more than $4 billion.

Additionally, **Andy Kroll** has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer, succeeding **Michelle Barton**, who is retiring after a 28-year tenure. Barton began her career with Portman in 1997 at AmericasMart.

Kroll currently serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, where he oversees a $3 billion portfolio spanning multiple asset types.

A significant portion of Portman’s future development efforts will focus on Atlanta, including the redevelopment of Amsterdam Walk and a proposed transformation of Brookside office park in Alpharetta.

Portman has developed more than **80 million square feet of real estate** and manages assets exceeding **$3 billion** across office, hospitality, multifamily, retail, and industrial sectors. The company employs approximately **120 professionals**.
