BH Properties has recently expanded its portfolio in the Pacific Northwest by acquiring a two-building technology campus in Hillsboro, Oregon. The campus is strategically located in Portland’s highly sought-after Sunset Corridor submarket and features two mid-rise Class-A office buildings with over 225,000 square feet of top-quality office space. The seller was represented by CBRE’s team including Brian Beswick, Charles Safley, Graham Taylor, Jeff Hodson, Tom Pehl, Kristin Hammond and Michelle Franceschi. BH Properties has also retained CBRE for both leasing and property management services.
In order to reposition the site from an owner/user location to a multi-tenant office park, BH Properties will be branding the campus under their name. Previously known as Synopsys Technology Park ,the site will continue to operate under this name as Synopsys signed a lease agreement with BH.
This acquisition follows BH Properties’ recent purchases of Pacific Place shopping center and Olympic Block office building in downtown Seattle back in 2024. Jim Brooks, president of BH properties expressed excitement about this new addition stating that “The opportunity to reposition these iconic buildings for future growth expected within this submarket was simply too appealing.”
