Portland Art Gallery Finds Permanent Home in City

Portland Art Gallery, owned by Kevin Thomas and directed by Emma Wilson, has acquired a permanent home at 154 Middle Street in Portland, Maine for $1.3M from Peak 5 Equities. The transaction was facilitated by Greg Boulos of the Boulos Company on behalf of 154 Art Ventures LLC.

Since 2011, the gallery has been operating out of this location and currently represents over 60 established and emerging Maine artists. This acquisition marks an exciting milestone for both the gallery owners as well as its artists who will now have a permanent space to showcase their work in Portland’s vibrant art scene.
