The 5.08-acre site includes 143 hotel rooms and boasts 300 linear feet of direct beachfront access.
The marketing effort is being led by Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Kaplan, Errol Blumer, and Mark Rutherford. While the property does not have a listed asking price, market expectations suggest that offers will exceed $175 million. The seller is also offering prospective buyers the option to secure site plan approvals prior to closing on the acquisition.
The site encompasses 3.38 acres directly on the sand and an additional 1.70 acres situated between A1A and the Intracoastal Waterway, offering significant redevelopment potential in a prime oceanfront location.
