PMG Secures $107.5M Construction Loan for Waldorf Astoria Residences in Cherry Creek
PMG has secured $107.5 million in construction financing for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek, a luxury condominium project located in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Maxim Capital Group provided the financing.
The transaction was executed by PMG’s Capital Markets team, which includes Andrew Warman, Jonathan Blank, and Paton Marion, with legal coordination by in-house counsel Lowell Plotkin, Lindsay Davis, and Scott Buscemi.
The concept design for the project is being led by architectural firm Shears Adkins Rockmore (SAR+) in collaboration with renowned architect Carlos Ott.
The Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek will offer fully finished luxury residences ranging in size from 690 square feet to 3,879 square feet. Each residence will feature private balconies and offer sweeping views of the mountains and downtown Denver.
Residents will enjoy a wide array of upscale amenities, including a Peacock Alley-inspired lounge, a signature restaurant, a rooftop pool with bar and lounge areas, a wellness center featuring massage rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and a fully equipped fitness studio.
