The Society Wynwood, a mixed-use project in Miami developed by PMG and Greybrook, is now accepting tenant applications for its 318-unit apartment complex and 50,000 square feet of retail space. The project is located at 2431 N.W. 2nd Street.
Several tenants have already signed on to be part of this exciting development including Bodega Taqueria, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Starbucks, Chama De Fogo and Nacho Daddy.
Residents can look forward to a range of amenities at Society Wynwood such as a rooftop pool deck with gym facilities and hot tubs. Other features include a coworking lab with private conference rooms, fitness studio and picnic courtyard. The property also offers social lounges for residents to relax in as well as yoga lawns for outdoor activities. Smart package lockers are available along with app-based keys for added convenience.
