PMB and private equity firm Greybrook have successfully completed the construction of Society Wynwood, a 318-unit residential community featuring furnished “Rent-By-Bedroom” (co-living) options. This new apartment complex, located at 176 NW 25th St, offers an additional commercial space of 50,210 square feet and is home to popular establishments such as Bodega Taqueria, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Starbucks Chama De Fogo and Nacho Daddy.
Each residence boasts a private balcony and access to an impressive amenity package spanning over 82,000 square feet. The rooftop entertainment area includes a pool deck with stunning views while the full-service restaurant can be easily accessed via its own dedicated elevator.
