Riverside University Health System and PMB have officially broken ground on The Wellness Village, a $580 million project in Mead Valley. This 445,000-square-foot development will revolutionize healthcare delivery by integrating behavioral health treatment with medical care and social services. The team behind this innovative project includes PMB as the developer, Boulder Associates as the architect, Snyder Langston as the design-builder, and PMB Real Estate Services as the property manager. Completion is expected in 2026.
The Wellness Village will offer a range of services including urgent behavioral health treatment for children under 13 through Riverside County’s first mental health urgent care and crisis residential program. Other offerings include supportive housing options, residential and outpatient care facilities for individuals of all ages seeking mental health support or substance use disorder treatment. Additionally, primary and specialty medical care services will be available on campus along with dental services and a public pharmacy.
