Plant-Based Restaurant Concept Comes to SoCal with PLANTA

PLANTA, a plant-based hospitality group, is expanding to Los Angeles with the opening of PLANTA Cocina in Marina del Rey. This marks the first U.S.-based location for PLANTA and will be followed by two more restaurants slated to open this year in Brentwood and West Hollywood.

The Latin-inspired menu features Spicy Tuna Tacos, Croquetas, Coconut Ceviche as well as signature dishes such Ahi Watermelon Nigiri and Bang Bang Broccoli that have become staples of the PLANTA experience.

  Founded in 2016 by Salm & Chef David Lee , Miami based PLANT has since expanded its presence across 12 locations primarily located on America’s east coast .
