**AIRIA Development Unveils 5,700-Acre Master-Planned Community ‘Colton’ in Montgomery County**
AIRIA Development Company is set to host the grand opening of its latest master-planned community – Colton – in early June. Spanning 5,700 acres, the development is located in Todd Mission, Montgomery County, and is positioned strategically just 45 minutes from both downtown Houston and College Station.
