Maranello, a company known for its luxury sports cars, has announced plans for a new development in Plano. The 200,000 square foot project will be located on over 11 acres of land at the intersection of Ohio Drive and Mapleshade Lane near the George Bush Turnpike.
Designed specifically for sports car owners, the development will feature 79 “condos” ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet. Each condo will come equipped with a steel mezzanine complete with all necessary utilities and an app-controlled HVAC system. Additionally, glass garage doors that open into the interior of the facility will provide easy access for owners.
