Rubenstein Partners has successfully completed the repositioning and renovations of 5600 Headquarters Drive, a large office building in Plano. The property spans over 27 acres and offers a total of 253,468 square feet.
The company invested $20 million into the project to improve both the interior and exterior of the building. Interior upgrades include a new lobby, entryway, tenant lounge, café, coffee bar,and fitness center. On the exterior side,the entrance façade was revamped with an impressive 35,000-square-foot amenity area for tenants to enjoy. This outdoor space features shaded lounges,collaboration areas,a kitchen with grills,and even a pickleball court.
In early2022,Rubenstein acquired this property from PepsiCo who previously used it as their headquarters.The assessed value for this property in2021 was $60 million.
GFF designedthe renovation project while K2 handled construction.Happy State Bank provided financing for this venture.
