"Planning a Mixed-Use Venture for Nashville's Hamlet: The Town Square Project"

Land Innovations and Rochford Realty have announced plans for a 27-acre mixed-use development in Nolensville, a rapidly growing city just south of Nashville. Since 2000, the population of Nolensville has skyrocketed from 2,000 to over 15,000 people.

According to the Nashville Business Journal, the upcoming project known as “Nolensville Town Square” will encompass approximately 70,000 square feet of retail shops and restaurants as well as office space spread across multiple buildings surrounding a central square. The development will also include residential options with a total of 404 units ranging from studio apartments to one- and two-bedroom apartments along with two- and three-story townhomes.

The team behind this venture includes local firms such as Smith Gee Studio for architectural design work while HDLA is responsible for landscape architecture planning. Civil engineering firm CSDG is also part of the project’s team.

Construction on phase one is set to begin this summer with an estimated completion date in late2028. This final phase consists of three stages that are expected to be finished by then without any delays or setbacks whatsoever.
