Kaplan Multifamily is proposing the District at Cooley Station, a multi-building project that will consist of 612 multifamily units and on-site retail. Located on more than 12 acres at the northwest corner of Recker and Williams Field roads in Gilbert, Arizona, this development will be situated near existing multifamily projects such as The Crossing at Cooley Station and Springs at Cooley Station. Across the street from this new project is Verde at Cooley Station shopping center.
The District’s amenities include two resort-style pools, open space areas for leisure activities, a parking garage with 15000 square feet of standalone retail shops plus another 25000 square feet dedicated to nonresidential spaces like public fitness centers or community centers. Biltform Architecture Group Inc has been appointed as architect while WGI serves as civil engineer for this development in Gilbert AZ .
