"Planned Resort in Santa Lucia Highlands Listed by CBRE"

CBRE has been chosen to market Paraiso Springs Resort, a 235-acre luxury resort and residential retreat in Santa Lucia Highlands. The property, located at 34359 Paraiso Springs Rd. in Soledad, is fully entitled and planned for 103 luxury resort units and 32 resort residential units. It also features natural hot mineral springs.

The owners of the property are a private family who have owned it since 1999. They received their development entitlements from the County of Monterey Planning Commission in October of last year with guidance from CBRE’s Hotels team members Henry Bose and Alex Lee-Bull based out of San Francisco.

According to Lee-Bull, there is high demand for luxury resorts in Northern California due to their top-notch amenities and desirable locations. Many have even exceeded their performance numbers from before the pandemic hit in early-2020. He believes that properties like Paraiso Springs offer a unique opportunity to develop an exceptional world-class luxury resort that would be one-of-a-kind within Monterey County’s bustling wine region located within Santa Lucia Highlands.
