CM Realty has recently acquired 500 acres of land in Kaufman County with the intention of developing a large community in the rapidly growing city of Terrell. The planned community, known as Evening Star Ranch, will encompass a total area of 800 apartments and approximately 197,700 square feet for commercial use. This will include various amenities such as a new grocery store, restaurant, financial institution and around 1,000 homes.
The City of Terrell worked closely with CM Realty to negotiate this agreement. Both parties were represented by Rex Glendenning from Frisco-based Rex Real Estate during the transaction process. The project site is located at 16242 State Highway 34.
Terrell has been gaining significant attention from potential homebuyers and developers due to its close proximity to Dallas – just about a half-hour drive away on I-20 or U.S Highway80.The city currently boasts over21 ,000 residents within its population.
Construction for Evening Star Ranch is expected to commence within one year in phases.CM Realty is actively seeking development partners for this project.
