"Planned $71M Retail Development in Manor to Boost Local Economy"

Greenview Development is no stranger to Manor, having recently received approval from the town to build phase III of Manor Commons. This $71 million project could bring hundreds of thousands of square feet in stores, restaurants and hotel space to the area.

The 47-acre greenfield site for this new development is located at the northeast corner of Farm to Market Road 973 and U.S. Route 290, with preliminary site work estimated at 18-24 months before vertical construction begins. At full buildout, it’s expected that this new phase will increase Manor’s tax base by approximately $105 million across property taxes, hotel taxes and sales taxes while creating 670 jobs in total for local residents . The city has also agreed on providing up to $9 million in sales and property tax rebates over a 15-year period once a certificate of occupancy is issued for the development . Across US Route 290 lies another major project -Manor Crossing – which includes 600 rental units as well as up 425000 square feet commercial space when completed .

A retail development worth an estimated 71 Million dollars has been planned for Manor , bringing forth potential economic growth through increased taxation revenue , job creation opportunities along with additional commercial spaces within its vicinity
