According to Commercial Search, the developer purchased the land for $3.5 million at the end of last year and secured a $19.3 million construction loan from CIBC Bank with maturity set for December 2026.
The development team includes general contractor ARCO Design/Build and architecture firm ADB Design Services. Leasing will be handled by Colliers’ Guy Preston and Seda Preston.
