Fluor Corporation has signed a full-building, 12-year lease at Three Eldridge in Houston’s Energy Corridor. According to the Houston Business Journal, Fluor will occupy the entire 13-story building with 308,000 square feet of space located at 737 N. Eldridge Parkway and move their approximately 1,600 employees into it during the second quarter of 2024. The property is part of a three-building group owned by Granite Properties since 2019 and upgraded last year. For decades now Fluor have been occupying office complex Lake Pointe Plaza in Sugar Land as well.
The complex features a Customer Connection Center situated between Two Eldridge buildings which includes an inviting desk area with coffee bar plus space for an EATS café; MOVE fitness center offering virtual classes along with lockers and showers; three MEET conference rooms including one training facility too .
