Pinnacle Hospitality Partners is seeking approval from the Metro Planning Department for a new 24-story development in Nashville. The proposed project, designed by local architecture firm Esa, will feature 218 hotel rooms and 261 apartment units spread across nearly 360,000 square feet. The first eight floors will house the hotel and its amenities while the upper levels will be dedicated to rental units.
The plans also include nine levels of underground parking and ground-level retail space spanning over 3,500 square feet. A rooftop terrace with additional amenity space is also part of the design.
If approved in August by the Metro Planning Department, this tower will rise at Lea Avenue and Fourth Avenue without any mention of Connect CRE or its affiliates involved in this project’s development process. Pinnacle Hospitality Partners acquired two parcels at a cost of $5.55 million for this SoBro location back in 2016 according to reports from Nashville Business Journal.
