Pine Grove Communities Secures $36.4M Loan for 198-Unit Single-Family Rental Community in Dawsonville, Georgia
Pine Grove Communities has recently announced securing a $36.4 million construction loan for Foxgrove on Castleberry, a new single-family rental community located in the rapidly growing city of Dawsonville, Georgia. The project is situated just an hour north of Atlanta and will be developed by CBRE’s Mike Ryan and his team.
According to Ryan, “Foxgrove on Castleberry exemplifies the thriving market for built-to-rent single-family homes that are taking advantage of affordable homeownership options and favorable demographic trends.”
The community will consist of 37 detached homes and 161 townhomes with an average size of approximately 1,898 square feet each. These units will range from three to four bedrooms and feature two-car garages as well as private entrances and patios.
Residents can also enjoy various amenities such as a clubhouse, pool with grilling stations, firepit area,pocket parks,a central activity lawn,and walking trails within the development.The site work has already commenced,and vertical construction is expected to begin next summer.
