PIMCO Promotes Five Senior Members of Commercial Real Estate Team

PIMCO has recently announced the promotion of two experienced executives, Ravi Anand and Roman Kogan, to global co-heads of commercial real estate private lending. Both Anand and Kogan have been with PIMCO for several years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their new roles.

In addition to this exciting news, three other executives at PIMCO have taken on additional responsibilities following the departure of John Lee last month. Seray Incoglu will now lead the CRE debt asset management team globally while also working closely with the portfolio team on sourcing and underwriting nonperforming loans. Jungil Cha will take over as leader for the CRE equity asset management team in addition to his current responsibilities. And Nick Minto will assume a broader leadership role for European CRE equity asset management.

These changes come after Lee’s departure as well as another senior member leaving in June: Devin Chen, who had been head of U.S. real estate private equity and special situations at PIMCO for over 13 years.

This recent announcement from PIMCO highlights their commitment to promoting talented individuals within their organization while continuing to provide exceptional services in commercial real estate private lending worldwide.
