**PickleRage Signs Lease for New Facility in Eldersburg, Maryland**
PickleRage has signed a lease with K&S Londontown DE, LLC for 31,000 square feet of space at the Londontown Business Center in Eldersburg, Maryland.
This marks the national indoor pickleball company’s first franchise-owned location in the state, joining a corporate-owned site already in operation near BWI Airport. With this agreement, occupancy within the industrial portion of the building at 1332 Londontown Boulevard—a two-story, 365,000-square-foot facility—has reached 100 percent. The lease transaction was facilitated by Dennis Boyle, Senior Vice President of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, who represented the landlord.
Looking ahead, PickleRage has ambitious plans to launch 500 new locations across the country over the next five years. “1332 Londontown Boulevard satisfied every important criterion for a pickleball facility, including high ceilings, immediately available and wide column spacing, generous parking and a strategic location accessible by a large consumer market in Carroll County,” said Boyle.
The Londontown Business Center is located approximately 30 miles from downtown Baltimore and BWI Airport, and roughly 50 miles from Washington, D.C.
