**Rallies Pickleball to Open 17-Court Facility in Former Houston Furniture Warehouse**
Rallies Pickleball is set to bring a state-of-the-art pickleball facility to Houston, converting a former Pangco Furniture warehouse into a vibrant new athletic venue. Located at 13401 Gulf Freeway, the facility will span just over 50,000 square feet and is scheduled to open later this month.
The project is the result of a joint venture between Hesham Suliman and Arthur Romero. Romero also owns The Pickleball Spot, located at 5310 Elm Street, while Suliman brings experience from his previous ventures in operating family entertainment centers.
Serving as the general contractor, First Deco Group led the design and construction of the overall build-out. Spring-based Quality Courts and Outdoors was responsible for building the pickleball courts themselves.
The facility will feature 17 courts, including 12 championship-caliber courts. All courts will have direct aisle access and will be open 24 hours a day, catering to pickleball enthusiasts across the city.
This development marks the continued growth of pickleball in Houston, transforming unused commercial space into a hub for one of the country’s fastest-growing sports.
